Thirteen Training Sessions for Engineers in the First Half of the Year
In the first half of 2022, CINEAPPO has organized 13 training sessions for its engineers. CINEAPPO believes that daily learning contributes to better service capabilities. CINEAPPO's 100-member engineer team has passed rigorous training and assessment, obtained the required qualification certificates, and regularly participated in training and technical exchange activities, because they know that a professional after-sales team is the key to solving users' problems. Now, CINEAPPO's engineer network covers 24 cities in China. CINEAPPO promises to solve problems within 24 hours for customers in first-tier cities and 48 hours for customers in second- and third-tier cities.
Quick Response and Service
In 2021, CINEAPPO has received more than 17,000 400-customer-service calls, with a call handling rate higher than the industry average. To address the growing number of users, CINEAPPO has further increased the capacity of the 400 call system and offered WeChat online customer services, so that cinema users can get support from more channels quickly.
To help cinemas get through the difficult times, CINEAPPO will continue to provide more professional and efficient services to cinemas. In addition, CINEAPPO will also work together with more than 7000 users to enhance the service level of the cinemas in China through the application of lasers for a post-pandemic renaissance.
